PRESENTS

this year when i came back from china, Rock'n'Roll circus came knocking on my doorstep the next day. in september, Hebe gave me a present by releasing her first solo album and this coming Christmas, there is love songs!

went to NEX today as Mei Ru wanted to find a birthday cake for her boyfriend but it turn out that the shopping mall was boring to the MAX. fancy having a 7-11 at the 4th floor, ATM machines only at the first floor and the customer flow is lesser than that of JP -.-Kart shops clammed together like i don't know what.
the only place we stop by is a Yogurt shop as they are having promotions.

after eating our yogurt, we went to Bugis for lunch + some shopping. Had 我爱tai mei. their sweet potato really rocks but i think they should lower the amount of salt and pepper they add into their food. their salt and pepper like FREE ONE!

Shop around at Bugis street. ok i got my eyes on certain clothes. hehex will they be there till CNY?

so we walk around till 6 plus then travel down to cityhall because we do not want to go home so early. Mei Ru bought 2 cards for her bf and she is really willing to spent on her bf luh. zzzzz so jealous


then we walk to Marina Bay Sands as she wanted to write message on the card for her bf so that she can pass it to her bf when the clock strikes 12 for their 7 month anniversary. then we walk back to marina square cos we damn thirsty then want to take a peek at the eye candy at action city again /=

being so tired, we took the train home. its been a while since i felt lethargic after coming home from somewhere else. anyway its christmas is coming! Oh santa!

Mango sorbet

On Friday, me sheila and syafa went to this newly opened island creamy located just beside the MacDonald at King Albert's park.

their single scoop ice-cream are price at $2.50 while double scoop ones are price at $4.50. so basically u get to save 50 cents if u get another scoop. besides that they have exotic flavors like Milo ping-pong that has small marshmallow in it. (not to my liking), teh-tarik, watermelon sorbet and mango sorbet! and many more...

after sampling some of the ice-creams there, i decided to go for teh-tarik and mango sorbet. i like the teh-tarik at first till i had a spoon of the mango sorbet. the taste of it was so different and special compared to those i have at before. it wasn't too sweet and i swear you won't get sick of it.

Sheila ordered waffle top with *i-can't-recall* what. but i feel that waffles are really expensive and not worth it. while Syafa had apple pie with another i can't recall ice-cream flavor.

sec school gathering

Had a basic Secondary school outing at blk 56 after school on friday.
so basically we were told about the upcoming events that we could help out in and etc.

the part which i anticipates most should be the eating part. but err... no comments.:D

anyway had a presentation before that and we are the only group that didn't utilize powerpoint presentation hope we did fine.
There isn't much to talk so let the photos do the talking. u guys prefer looking at photos than what i type too right?

U + UR Hand

Didn't plan to go out yesterday as i wanted to save money and concentrated on my school work which was piling. However, i was craving for the You Mian at Far East plaza and decided to text Mei Ru about my craving. Then, she replied me asking me whether if i want to go out with her after her job interview. then ok lo, we met at 12.30pm and went out together.

headed out to Lot 1 to have our lunch and we walk around till 2.30 arrives. so she was interviewing for this job that sells nothing but Hello Kitty.

then we took 190 to Orchard  Road to shop at Tangs and ION. I would have bought Iphone 4 if not for my recently top up prepaid. As we were already feeling sleepy around 4+ we decided to train back to JP to have dinner and go then go home.

  

I realize that when it comes to eating, we people always couldn't make up our mind and finally we  settled on eating Lai Lai after thinking for so long. 

so its the very first time i ate at Lai Lai restaurant but they serve excellent food. the drinks were so nice. Mei Ru's strawberry yogurt drink was so tasty! its just not some cheap skate yogurt drink and you really can taste the sweetness of the strawberry in it. I ordered Milk tea and it was definitely better than Each a Cup and Sweetalk:D 

 

this bean curd would taste awesome without the green bean. 

so basically this meal is fantastic and we were so full that we almost couldn't walk. not to mention the beautiful price tag. :D

BLOSSOM

had a gathering with Rahayu and Mei Ru today. Like finally the 3 of us are together again. :D

initially, we were planning to go Vivo city but due to school workload, we decided to have breakfast at MacDonald instead. So, i ordered the Sausage McGriddle with egg together with coffee and i didn't know that i can refill my coffee till Rahayu told us so.

after our breakfast, we made an impromptu decision to go JP as the 3 of us needs to buy things there and Rahayu need to pass something to her auntie.So, after having our breakfast we walk over to Rahayu house so that she could get her things.

after a fast visit to her auntie's door step. we window shopped at JP.

this is the bag tat Rahayu wanted to get at Royal Sporting house :D

 Rahayu then decided to pay a visit to Skinfood after that as she wanted to look for mask. but the peculiar part is that she went into the shop and ask the sales assistant what type of mask suits me. so never mind, i cast my thoughts aside. then the sales assistant took out the Honey orange mask and seriously it looks like a mini pot of honey! so delicious and cute that it makes me wanna scoop some out of the jug and make honey water. 

so basically this is how it looks like. 

And Rahayu decided to buy it which further tempts me to buy it since the sales assistant says that it is suitable for my face! after walking out of the shop, i immediately ask Mei Ru and Rahayu if i should get it.then Rahayu replied :

"nah Ron since your hands are empty help me take" 

then i was like "orh ok"

then she say that she actually bought it for me! :D so happy haha

Community

Every Wednesday is our I&E and i have chosen community out of the other 3 categories.

so basically we are suppose to work on a long-term project for the rest of this semester which can impact the community. this time round, i am working with people who are neither in my class nor my course. so i get to know new friends and two of them happen to be Vietnamese.

and ME, being me, having such a brilliant brain has obviously contributed my share and they are gonna execute my plan for this project :D we are going to do a charity to help victims of natural disaster in Vietnam! yea:D

Vicky, being such a friendly guy actually showed me tons of funny videos in the middle of the class and i can't stop laughing. HAHAHAHAHA!

not to forget camwhoring in the middle of the lesson.

monday blues

3 days of holidays seem to pass so quickly. i want my holidays back!!! argh.. :(

its only the 3rd week of school and we already have projects and tutorials to present and hand up. And hopefully i can make the most out of my time this semester.

this world is harsh and realistic. but we must not forget to sugar coat our words

i told my mum i have enough money for an iphone and she say wait for iphone 5.

i have no idea how to reply her.

Hungry monster

Can't believe i spent  $11 on food today. i am a hungry monster today. ^O^

so Mei Ru gonna close her shop this coming monday and i guess the three of us together with rahayu would be able to go out very soon once again.

this post is rather emotional. Just what i am feeling rite now.

as time goes by, people will tend to realize that from time to time they may be side tracked and lose their main purpose of life. But whats right is u need to constantly check on yourself and get your priorities and own moral values right.

IN school, or in the society future, one will start to realise that they may start to have lesser and lesser friends. worse still which friend around you is really your genuine friend who would cry and laugh with you and which are the ones who just wanna be close to you because they wanna get something out of u.

Humans do have their selfish side and sometimes we may hurt one another unknowingly. But as long as u  realize your mistakes and don't repeat them, its still forgivable right?

 

seriously, i really can't wait for the DVD of this tour which she herself claims that it would be her best tour ever in her whole career. 

that aside, the first week of school is rather slack. but i really have to get out of the class faster since our school has decided to remove the 15 minutes grace period. -.- wonder who come out with this stupid idea. 

ISCM and logistics are now part of the school of business! YAY DREAM COME TRUE ^.^ but it would be even better to be able to study in the business block so that i don't have to spend so much  time walking to the engineering block and that could actually save me from being late for class. 

Friends could be quite fake at times huh.

ok this is perhaps the most tiring job i ever had. But what kept me motivated to come back day after day is the friends and friendly staff i make over there.

and i want my pay soooon!

its been 3 semester since i have entered NP but i have come to realize that i have more friends in SP instead! friends has been asking me to go down there to meet them and their school has much more facilities than NP.

wee 3days of work at NUM finally finish. seriously speaking their pay really damn little can. and what give out flyers at a hourly pay of $5 a bit ridiculous?
well, their staff only get paid $6 after working for a period of time. so i think i should not grumble that much la hor. i tryyyy


but i really hope there is someone who would work with me. since i am someone who can't do things alone. at least there is someone who would talk to me when i am bored.

and i caught ding dang autograph session on friday because wesley wanted to catch her live.
her live version of 我是一隻小小鳥 was simply awesome. there really is a difference between live and studio recording ok.

today during the last day of work there was this friendly girl who say that me and my colleaguea look cute =3 so happy. on cloud nine can.

Swimming at Warren country club. Took a shuttle bus from CCK and the journey was around 15mins.

Swam for a hour or can i say play around in the water for a hour before touring around the country club and have lunch at Patio. haha. thanks Wesley Daddy for the treat :D
